when i visit my landing page using Jot Form a banner comes up at the top asking to run add on

Asked by firstcoastlimo on April 02, 2012 at 02:45 PM

This website wants to run the following add on if you trust the website and add on and want to run it click here.

    Our Site:  limoquote.net

please advise as the amount of clicks going to this page does not equal the amount of people filling out the form and submitting it.  Also I have put a statement to the customer not to forget to fil in their email adress or we can't respond back but this happens everday is there away if they forget and hit submitt the form tells them information is missing to complete the request.

    thank you

Yes indeed you can set the email field as required, this ensures that users will not submit forms with some fields blank.

Try setting the email address field as required, The icon for the required field tool activation should look like this image below:

Please lets know if you need further assistance, thanks for choosing Jotform!

    Hello Jeff,

The add-on is for 'Windows Media Player Extension'; it appears to be related to other content on your website, possibly one of the javascripts, it has nothing to with the JotForm form you have embeded onto your page.
