Notification from Jot inbox not sent to my email address

    Question regards to notifications not being sent by potential customers that have filled out the Jot form and I have their responses within the Jot inbox. Can you tell me was that some required to ensure this is back up and running. I'm not even able to forward from the Jot inbox

    The email address used on your form is currently in our bounce list, here is the reason: 

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0  sender rejected. IB504

    I have removed it and you should receive emails now, I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    You can also check and remove your email from our bounce list: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    If the issue still persists, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link with this info: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
