JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
To view the data from the encrypted form, you will need to upload your encryption key. However, I checked the form on your link and the form doesn't appear to have the encryption turned on.
To read the encrypted data on the submissions, your form will need to have the encryption turned on. Please turn on the encryption on your form again. Make sure to use the old encryption key that was provided to you before.
After the form is encrypted again, once you view the submissions, you should get a prompt asking you to upload the encryption key. The data should be seen correctly once this key is uploaded.
For more info on encrypted forms, please check out this guide: Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them.
