Refreshing Inventory Numbers

Is it possible to "reset" the inventory number?

My form is a monthly order form where each month there is a set number of things available.

Then the next month, it will be refreshed and each item is available again.

Is there a way to "refresh" the number after it says "sold out"?

Or do I have to keep increasing the number in the widget (for example if I start with 10 and then sell 10...then it says sold out...for the next month there needs to be 10 more available, so in the wizard I would put that there's 20 available but then it would only show as 10 since I previously sold 10?)

Goodness I hope that made sense. :/

    Hello Justine,

Yes, that makes sense. I know right, it's kind of a bit confusing. :)

Anyway, what you've just said is one of the ways to overcome the situation. You just have to increase the number if you want to load another stock to the inventory widget.

Another way is to delete your form submissions submitted in your form, this refreshes the inventory widget numbers. Example if you have 0 submissions in your form and you have 20 stocks on inventory widget, the number 20 would appear as a whole in the live form.

Make sure to download a backup copy of your form submissions data before you delete them https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

Hope this also helps. Thank you!
