    Why was my account autosuspended?

    I can't log in. My account is juliesfranklin@gmail.com .  Not a phishing issue, can we get this resolved quickly.

    Earlier today before my account was locked out, I sent and inquiry abot ta form.. no response, and locked out of account. come one give me a little service here.

    Your juliesfranklin account was autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of jotform's terms. Please note that collecting credit card information is strictly prohibited on jotform. Your form titled Credit Card Authorization Form was found to violate this rule and as such your account was suspended.

    To remove the suspension on your account, this form will need to be deleted from your account. Please confirm so we can proceed accordingly. Thank you.

    Can suspension be lifted so I can remove that info from the form?

    The guilty fields needed to be removed in order to reactivate your account. You should be able to access your forms now.
