I cant get the thank you page to open up.

I have tried with an external link to our own thank you page on our website and also your generic one - and neither will function. It just says Please Wait... for ever ..... ..... .... 

I was able to replicate the issue that you are referring to. I tried to submit the form, but the submit button was stuck on "Please Wait."

There may be some script on the page that is conflicting with the form, causing the form to not submit successfully. To resolve this issue, please embed the form to your page using the iFrame embed code. You can get the embed code by following this guide: Getting the form iFrame code.
