    Hello Christian,

    I found your website and checked it on my phone.=) I've encountered the same issue on my end.

    To solve that issue, could you please inject the code below on your website?

    <script src="https://form.jotform.me/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">

      // get current width of the window

        var parentWidth = window.innerWidth;

        var parentHeight;

        // check if the window size is less than 499, assuming that it means it is viewed on a mobile device

        if(window.innerWidth <= 499) {

        parentWidth = window.innerWidth; // if it's in mobile view assign the current width to this variable

            parentHeight = window.innerHeight - (window.innerHeight * 0.1);

        } else {

        parentWidth =  700; // if it's viewed on a window larger thatn 499px then set the width to 500px

            parentHeight = 500;

        }

    var JFL_62002097936354 = new JotformFeedback({

    formId: '62002097936354',

    base: 'https://form.jotform.me/',

    windowTitle: '',

    background: 'transperent',

    fontColor: '#FFFFFF',

    type: 'false',

        height: parentHeight,

        width: parentWidth,

    openOnLoad: true

    });

    </script>

    If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

    Hello Christian,

    I realized that the code that I provided you has the wrong ID. Could you also re-embed the code as you see below:

    <script src="https://form.jotform.me/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">

      // get current width of the window

        var parentWidth = window.innerWidth;

        var parentHeight;

        // check if the window size is less than 499, assuming that it means it is viewed on a mobile device

        if(window.innerWidth <= 499) {

        parentWidth = window.innerWidth; // if it's in mobile view assign the current width to this variable

            parentHeight = window.innerHeight - (window.innerHeight * 0.1);

        } else {

        parentWidth =  700; // if it's viewed on a window larger thatn 499px then set the width to 500px

            parentHeight = 500;

        }

    var JFL62032998528364 = new JotformFeedback({

    formId: '62032998528364',

    base: 'https://form.jotform.me/',

    windowTitle: '',

    background: 'transperent',

    fontColor: '#FFFFFF',

    type: 'false',

        height: parentHeight,

        width: parentWidth,

    openOnLoad: true

    });

    </script>

    I hope it will work at this time.

    Please don't be surprised. On the live page this problem does not occur yet. First of all, we have integrated your code in our test system. but on this there is no access from outside

    Would you mind sharing us your test website? This way, we can check it from there. Our lightbox embed method is not yet responsive, but the codes given by my colleague should auto adjust your form on mobile devices.

    Your website seems to be using a framework, is there no way you can use a different lightbox script which is responsive?

    As per checking, the script that my colleague has given automatically opens the form lightbox upon load on a mobile screen size. However, it seems that you have not yet updated the form ID on the script so it shows a different form.The first script of my colleague has a wrong form ID in it. Can you try to re-embed the code using the code below with the correct form ID?

    <script src="https://form.jotform.me/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">

      // get current width of the window

        var parentWidth = window.innerWidth;

        var parentHeight;

        // check if the window size is less than 499, assuming that it means it is viewed on a mobile device

        if(window.innerWidth <= 499) {

        parentWidth = window.innerWidth; // if it's in mobile view assign the current width to this variable

            parentHeight = window.innerHeight - (window.innerHeight * 0.1);

        } else {

        parentWidth =  700; // if it's viewed on a window larger thatn 499px then set the width to 500px

            parentHeight = 500;

        }

    var JFL62032998528364 = new JotformFeedback({

    formId: '62032998528364',

    base: 'https://form.jotform.me/',

    windowTitle: '',

    background: 'transperent',

    fontColor: '#FFFFFF',

    type: 'false',

        height: parentHeight,

        width: parentWidth,

    openOnLoad: true

    });

    Hello, sorry we have tested it again. and it does NOT work. Actually automatically opens the form lightbox upon load on a mobile screen size. Please send me a script, that works. The Lightbox should open if user taps on the feedback Button.

    Please replace the current code with the code below to make sure that the lightbox will only open if the user taps the feedback button.

    <script src="https://form.jotform.me/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV" type="text/javascript">

      // get current width of the window

        var parentWidth = window.innerWidth;

        var parentHeight;

        // check if the window size is less than 499, assuming that it means it is viewed on a mobile device

        if(window.innerWidth <= 499) {

        parentWidth = window.innerWidth; // if it's in mobile view assign the current width to this variable

            parentHeight = window.innerHeight - (window.innerHeight * 0.1);

        } else {

        parentWidth =  700; // if it's viewed on a window larger thatn 499px then set the width to 500px

            parentHeight = 500;

        }

    var JFL62032998528364 = new JotformFeedback({

    formId: '62032998528364',

    base: 'https://form.jotform.me/',

    windowTitle: '',

    background: 'transperent',

    fontColor: '#FFFFFF',

    type: 'false',

        height: parentHeight,

        width: parentWidth,

    openOnLoad: false

    });

    </script>

    If the issue persists, please let us know.

    I've attempted to take a look at this again for you but, it seems your testsite is hidden since I am unable to access it to check on this problem further.

    Are you able to make it live for us to investigate this more?
