Are you referring to the sender email used for your form's autoresponder? I see you are currently using noreply@jotform.com as the sender email. To change the sender email into your own email address, please follow this guide: How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

I checked your forms (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32834914554964 and http://www.jotformeu.com/form/21051917820346) and both forms uses noreply@jotform.com as sender email and no reply-to email is set in the autoresponder email.
But please note that your form's notification email is being sent to your email marksloane19681999@yahoo.co.uk and the Reply-To setting of the email is set to your customer's email address.
