I have recently put my form on my new website and it is working but not reaching my email address

    I have recently put my form on my new website and it is working but not reaching my email address.

    I have also tried the test submission for emails and these aren't going through either, i have checked on my mailgun account but they aren't going that far.

    Did you check the spam folder? In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
