Problem in fields when submitting the form

    Hi,

    I have problem in this form. Indeed, some characters in fields are not saved properly. For example, in the screenshot, the field My Name should be Pierre ; the field Email should not contain #.

    Is something wrong in general or is it in this form ? Could you help me to solve this problem please ?
