Help! PDF of Form Submission Strange

    Our attached PDFs from our form submissions were fine until this morning and no changes have been made to the form. How do we fix this? See screenshot. The email we received for the submission looks normal, just not the pdf attached to it. Then when I went into the submissions, the submission is strange too with all of the ######.
