What time of day on August 1st will my services renew?

    Do my monthly submissions renew at 12:00 A.M. on August 1st or sometime throughout the day? Thank you.

    Monthly submissions reset a bit after 12:00am PST.  They should be reset for all users quite early in the morning PST.
