Can someone start a jotform on our website, and, if they do not complete it get back to it? If so, how do we tell them to do that?

You can enable the Auto Fill feature in the Preferences menu. This will automatically save the field values locally in the browser local storage.  It will be in the local storage until the form is submitted. Please take note though that the user must use the same browser. Here's a guide:

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Preferences button.

    2. Go to Advanced tab and enable the Continue Forms Later.

You can also use the Save and Continue Later function here in JotForm. Please take note that this method requires 2 forms and a page break Tool.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any help. Thank you.
