I checked this form http://www.jotform.us/form/52806028099157 and I can see the issue, I would like to let you know that we're replacing Credit Card info in this way since it goes against our terms.
However, I can see the info that was replaced with "###" on your submissions is not related to Credit Card, we also experienced an issue with this functionality were this occurred, it should be fixed now and new submissions are not presenting this bug anymore, but I will forward this thread to our second level in order to know if would be possible to recover the corrupted data, we will let you know as soon as we get news regarding this.
