    I cant access to my account, there´s a message that says my account was suspended. Please your support in order to activate it againt.

    There are few accounts under your IP Address, may we know which one of these you are referring to? Thanks.

    im refering to soporteweb@megacable.com.mx, thanks also my ip has been banned (200.52.193.94). (Ref. 1006) why is this?

    I noticed that the email is associated to a guest account.  Although I see now that you are logged in as Megacable.  And both accounts (guest and megacable) are actually active. 

    Now, with regarding the IP address that you have shared, I noticed that one is suspended (megacableweb).  I have now reactivated it.  Can you check if your IP is still suspended?
