Our Guest Apartment forms are not forwarding to our email (email@example.com).

I checked your email address and I can see it is currently in our bounce list, the reason is shown below:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I have removed it and you should receive emails now.
