Email Notifications: Submitted forms not forwarding

    Our Guest Apartment forms are not forwarding to our email ( 

    Please help!

    I checked your email address and I can see it is currently in our bounce list, the reason is shown below: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I have removed it and you should receive emails now. 

    I would suggest you to take  look to our guide about How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues so you can check your email notifications and avoid bouncing. 

    Also, if the issue still persists, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link where you will find this info: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
