Hi, I checked your mail logs and confirmed emails are being delivered to the recipient you have set (j***z@smash***sat.com) on the most recent form you used.
If you're not seeing them, please check your mailbox's Spam/Junk/Trash folders. It would also help if you could check your email directly from your webmail and not from an email client (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird).
Lastly, if you're having issues with a different form/email, we can better assist you if you could give us the Form ID/URL and the email address in question.
