Preview function not working/ Themes/Templates not working

When I try to preview my new form, I get a "Form not found error" and its says "This form is in restore mode, please try again later" The whole site is not really working. I get a blank tan colored page if I try to click on design or themes. 

It looks like that you have not logged in to your JotForm account for a long time. Since the account status was changed to Dormant, the forms are not displaying now. Please allow some time to sync the database to restore your JotForms in the account.
