Third Party Payment Authorization FormAsked by lrivero on July 28, 2016 at 04:53 PM
At our hotel we ask guests to complete Third Party Authorization Forms if guests are paying for someone else's stay.
I would like to migrate that form to Jot Form, but I want to make sure I am not in breach of any terms. What we would ask for is the last 4 digits of the credit card number, expiry date, CVV number and name on Credit Card.
We would never ask for a full credit card number as then we would not be CSI compliant, but in the past the mere mention of the word Credit Card has put my account on pause.
Can you please let me know if I can go ahead with this?
We do not allow for the collection of credit card details at all. This includes last 4 didgits, CVV code and things of that nature. This is due to PCI compliance standards and adherence to those standards.
