Customer cannot submit an order. Submit button greyed out.

Asked by OpWarm on July 28, 2016 at 05:27 PM

A customer is trying to submit an order with this form: https://form.jotform.com/62066410124140 She is using Chrome. She says the 3 buttons at the bottom of the form are greyed out and she can not see the text in them. Others have successfully submitted with this form. And, she was able to submit this other form with the same browser https://form.jotform.com/41595291373157

Any ideas on why she can not submit the form?

So if I understand you correctly you mean that you have received a report from one of your customers for your first form (https://form.jotform.com/62066410124140) who is not able to submit it because the 3 form buttons at the very bottom are disabled?

I have attempted to investigate this but I do not see an issue on my since the buttons are not greyed out and are working on my end.

Perhaps it was a temporary problem or if she had javascript disabled for something or it might be out of date or if using an older version of chrome browser that could potentially cause an issue.

If it's still occurring for her you might want to find out what version of chrome she has and what os she is using. Additionally, she could try another browser to see if the same thing is happening for this particular form.
