Access address data with mileage calculator.

How can I access the address data for the mileage calculator widget, or populate the address fields? I need to make a taxi booking form without the user needing to enter the address twice.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to prepopulate values on framed widgets like the one you are using - Driving Distance Widget. I'm afraid there's no way to achieve this at the moment. Also fetching values on Driving Distance Widget will return its distance calculation only not on the dates entered.
