    Submission data has been replaced by hash signs

    Hi, there,

    I have a problem with some of my received forms. I can not read them as well. There are strange symbols instead properly text on it.

    Ysterday, I have received 40 forms as well. Afterwards I've received them with broken text. Today I'm receiving forms as well and I don't know where is the problem and why some of them are with strange symbols.

    Please, could you help me?

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience, there was an issue yesterday that caused some of the submission data to get replaced by hash symbols, as you are seeing on your form's submissions page.

    Our developers have since fixed the underlying cause, so it will not be happening again. I have now forwarded this thread as a bug report to our developers, to check what can be done about restoring your submissions.

    I see that your form was set up with an email notification, so luckily there is a copy of your data in the email history. In the meantime until we hear back from our developers, you can access data from your previous submissions by looking at your form email history:
