Form will not go to person who has submitted it.

    I have gone through all the questions in the forum, and everywhere JotForm gives the same response, despite people saying the same as what I'm going to say now.

    VERY Frustrating.

    I have sent the form "live"  11 times using all my various email addresses, have created an additional gmail address AND asked 2 of my friends to complete and submit the form.

    Please note I am NOT USING THE TEST BUTTON - I am using the live form on my site.

    The autoresponded is NOT going to them, but the Notification does come through to me.

    PLEASE ASSIST

    Changing the From address from registry@button-bunny.co.za to noreply@jotform.com fixes the problem:

     

    There seems to be a problem with this SMTP account. You might want to reset it.
