The submissions data: replaced by # char

    This morning, while downloading records recorded in JotForm on July 28, we found several with spurious characters in several fields.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a problem which caused the replacement of some characters in your submission data to # char. This issue has now been fixed. You should receive new submissions without any issues. I have also forwarded this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. We will update you on this thread as soon as this has been fixed. By the meantime, you can check those submissions from your email history. Please check the guide below for more information:
