JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I understand that you want to set the submission limit on your JotForm. Please note that we have been changing the interface for a while so the screenshots in the older threads may be having some old interface. Since you already mentioned in the guide How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form, you can enable the limit of the form submission by the IP address or cookies from the Advanced section of Form preferences.
If you want to set the limit based on the number of submissions or an expiry date, you can set from the Status option in General tab of Form preferences.
Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
