Why does it say my form is in restore mode?

    I created a new format and then tried to preview it.  Instead of a preview I get an error screen that says the former cannot be viewed because it is in restore mode.  How do I fix this?

    Your account was set to dormant due to inactivity.  I set the account back to active and your forms should be usable once again.
