    Clients received a notice of payment on their end but I have received nothing

    3.  I have had a few clients recently tell me that they received a notice of payment on their paypal account or creditcard, but I have received nothing(not through e-mail or junk mail, jot form, or paypal)

    Do you mean that you aren't receiving the paypal payments in your paypal account and nothing is there and you are not receiving the notifications of it either even though your clients were charged?

    Have you entered in the correct paypal credentials for you paypal account with your form?

    Also, after checking your form more I see you only have 3 submissions for your form.

    One of the payments should have gone through and t he others were never completed so they ended up being listed as Incomplete Payments

    I would suggest clicking on the 2 that are Incomplete and then select them and click the "complete submission" button.

    That'll send those users a notice requesting they return and finish it and if they do then it should show up and be received normally.

    Beyond those three you had in there so far there were no others that I saw so that means nobody else as used the form yet as far as I can tell.
