We sent out forms to be filled but did not receive their submission and then had them fill it in office and when they submitted form still did not receive it. Â Is there something wrong? Â We were able to receive them before.Â

I did not see a JotForm form in the page you referenced.Â The last few submissions I see for your most recent form do look to have triggered their associated email notification:
Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there.Â If they are not, le tus know which form you are having trouble with and we will be happy to have another look.
