When i place a link in an email to my forms. Does google index the form and i yes how can i stop it

Your form is private. It is not indexed anywhere unless you have shared your form URL on public pages.

If you have shared your form publicly and you want people to stop from viewing your form, I suggest to make a clone of your form and disable the original form.
