Jotform automatically replacing text characters with the # character in several submissions

    Jotform,

    I sent an inquiry to you earlier today (7-29) but have not heard back and am not seeing my inquiry in my submitted inquiries. In My Forms I have a FR/Team Lead Report Template that I use weekly for field reports. Some of the My Hope Field Rep/Team Lead names have a city and state indicated by their name, and the reports have been running fine. Last week in the My Hope Field Rep/Team Lead Name field I edited the template and added additional city and state names next to the Field Rep/Team Lead name. This week in the 7-28-16 reporting period, some of the submissions and entries on the Excel and CSV reports are automatically replacing characters in words/names with a # character/symbol. I normally have 5 My Hope Regions and Jotform created on its own an additional region for Southeast and named it Sout#East and some of the Southeast submissions are going into this new region. these submission again have replaced characters in the words with a # character. Jotform (on its own) added another region for Great Lakes and named it Grea##LAKES and some of the submissions are showing up in that region. I'm not sure what has caused this glitch with all these characters in words being replaced with the # symbol.     We had an issue for about 45 minutes yesterday where submissions were being corrupted.  The email notifications for those submissions should be complete, however, unfortunately the submissions may not be able to be restored. 

    I will forward this to our developers to see if it is indeed possible to automatically restore them.
