Since the last changes we are not getting any email notifications at all. 7 people have completed and nothing has come to us even though they get a thank you and a confirmation number. I did several tests under my name and also nothing appears.

Have you checked the spam or junk folders for your email recipients? They are not in our bounce list.
Please try white-listing our domain names:

These emails are NOT SENDING; whitelisting will do nothing. The failure is on your side, confirmed via Barracuda logs and email logs from within my account on jotform.
