I have checked your email addresses and found these to be in our bounce list, together with their errors:
firstname.lastname@example.org - Reason(s) : smtp;554 delivery error: dd Requested mail action aborted, internal server error (456.11) - mta1110.mail.gq1.yahoo.com
email@example.com - Reason(s) : Mail SenderError: Mail from command failed - 550 SC-001 (BAY004-MC3F14) Unfortunately, messages from 220.127.116.11 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
I have now removed them from the said bounce list. But in order to resolve this issue, please change your email sender to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can try and see if this fixes the delivery issue.
Please let us know once the changes we're made.
