Where does the form title come from? When on your website the title is different than what I assigned it when building it.. Thanks..
As you have noticed, the form's title is different from the form's page title. To change the page title, you can edit your form's Preferences > Advanced > Show More button > Page Title
Once done changing the title, press CTRL+S or click the Save Changes button.
