I have a jotform connected to my account but I am not receiving submissions

    I have tried to login to my account and placed the info@inspiredfaithart.com  email but I received nothing to make changes to my login. I also use the email ladylisa526@gmail.com and I get emails to that but I don't know how many submissions have taken place that I have lost. I had three people in the last two days with two people I stood behind while they entered the information into the from and submitted it and I have not receive their submissions. I NEED HELP!!!!!  Not sure how many people have tried to submit to our company that we are not getting their submissions. The only forms that I am receiving are the ones that I submit with my email address. I did not even receive the account lost password email from you.

    I see that your email address info@inspiredfaithart.com is in our bounce list and so you are not receiving any emails to this address. However, I have removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving emails without any issue.

    Please try resetting the password and then login to your account to manage your forms and submissions.
