My form won't show up because it says it's in restore mode. What do I need to do to get it to show up??

You haven't used or logged in to this account for quite some time now, causing it to be temporarily placed in a dormant status.
I have now reactivated your account so all your forms should be working by now.
Please give it a go and let us know if you're still facing issues.
