How can I send the form to the proper recipient and CC the submitter?

I would like to be able to have a form, when submitted, send to the proper recipient and CC the submitter within the same email. The purpose of this would be to allow the recipient to process the information in the form and simply hit reply on the original email to be received by the others on the distribution list for the email in the "To" field, and the submitter in the CC field. If I add an email field on a form, is there a way can I choose that field name as one of the email recipients so it pulls whatever email is entered in the submission email?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

On your email notification settings, you can set a reply-to field the email address set in your form. This setting will let use the email address entered by the submitter once you hit the reply button. Unfortunately some email clients do not have this function yet so it will not work on email clients such as MS Outlook.

If what you want is to send an email to the person who made the submission, you can add an autoresponder to do that.

You can read further on how to set up your email alerts from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

The information on the link may be long, so if you need assistance on this matter, please let us know.

    Thanks.
