My forms are showing in 'restore mode' when I click the link generated for them. What can I do to correct this?

Hey @exposureone - You haven't used or (logged in to) this account for quite a while, causing it to be temporarily placed in a dormant status.
I have now reactivated your account so all your forms should be working by now.
Please give it a go and let us know if you're still facing issues.
