Image header in the email notification is different. How do I replace it with correct one?

The last test worked but the recipient still gets the wrong page header.

This is not the one I have on our registration form.  Please look at the form and note the differences.

The one on the form does not have "Statement from Committee".  This was the place holder I used at the very beginning while I was building the form.  Then I replaced it with the correct one.  How do we fix this?

    Thank you,

    Charli Matz

I have checked your email notification and it looks like the file used in the notification is not available.

So, it is not displaying in the email notification. Do you have a copy of the image so that you can upload the image and use it in the notification?

Let us know if you need any further assistance in this regard. We will be happy to assist.

That is why I did not understand why it was showing up on their confirmation copy.  I'll try again and see what happens.

I see no reason for it to be on their confirmation.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

As far as I understand, you want to replace the current email in the email notification with a new one. You can replace it with a valid image. Otherwise, please give us the image and we will try to help you.
