Your account is now back to free but I see in our emails that you just downgraded recently. To make sure you will not be charged again, please see How Can I Cancel My PayPal Subscription?
I can't find a thread or email showing you downgraded two months ago. In order to give you a refund, can you please give us screenshot of the notification you received when you downgraded?

screenshot transaction receipt. I must have done the transaction
incorrectly. My understanding of the instructions to downgrade was to
click on the free program. I recall the screen saying the change would
take place after the 20th, which I thought was odd, but I didn't make a
note of the date.
I really did make the downgrade on 6/20, but I have no way of proving it.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we will need proof that you downgraded 2 months ago if we are to provide any refund. Based on our records, your account was downgraded to Free last July 31. After your account was downgraded on that date, no further charges were billed on your account.
Perhaps you are referring to a different account. If you have another Jotform account, please give us the username of that account so we may check that as well. Thank you.
