    Hi,

I checked some of your forms and none of them have encryption keys. Can you please give us the like to the form with the lost encryption key?

You can also generate a new encryption key for your form by following the steps below.

Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve the lost encrypted key. The key is not stored in our servers. If you lost your key, I am sorry to say that it cannot be retrieved from Jotform again. To solve that issue, as my colleague was mentioned above, you can disable the encryption, you will be able to receive new submissions without encryption, however, the old encrypted files will remain encrypted. In addition to that, you can generate a new key by enabling encryption on your form again. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
