See the attached image. What should I do when the Save icon in the top left continues and does not stop?

Unfortunately when that happens only thing that you can do is to close the browser and reopen it again. If the changes you made are not save you would need to redo them. You can also use Form Revision history to see if correct version of the form was save previously.

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/62108456778162 on Swedish language and it seems that you were able to translate all the fields, including the form warnings.

another tab and it worked fine. I am guessing that I have
stumbled upon a Jotform bug.
