Update the definition and attributes of Ticket Purchases widget [SOLVED]Asked by grade4pagasa on July 31, 2016 at 04:16 AM
Hi JotForm Team.
1.) Requesting that the definition of the ticket purchases widget be changed currently from a CHECKLIST (fig. 1) to a RADIO BUTTON since the behavior it shows is that of a radio button - allowing only 1 option to be selected.
2.) Also, since it's technically a radio button, why is there a need to UNSELECT the chosen option before we can tick another one (fig. 2)? Seeing a checkmark but the behavior shown is that of a radio button creates confusion and unnecessary mouse-click. Isn't it that a radio button allows 1 option to be chosen by simply clicking the desired option (and no need to unselect)?
For your consideration.

The demo is set to allow one selection only. Our apologies if that is a bit confusing. Here's a form allowing multiple selection: https://form.jotform.com/62123208761954.
I think the min and max selection is also copied from the regular checkbox field. Although, there's no error when it's set to 1 only. You have to deselect the item to choose another. I'll refer this to our widget manager thou. Thank you for letting us know about this.
Thanks for the clarification on the min & max affecting the widget behavior, Welvin.
Please disregard questions 1 & 2 and tag this as closed since the widget IS a checklist after all :)
