    Hi,

I have been trying to add a feedback form to each page of a site but where to insert the code within the HTLM page is causing problems because of jQuery elements also contained on the same pages. My home page has jQuery sliding box elements and when I add the form script before the jQuery script the feedback form doesn't show at all. However, when I add the form script after the jQuery script it shows and functions as it should but then the sliding boxes stop functioning. I have added a working example of the way the sliding boxes should function under the OUR SERVICES tab to illustrate the way it should perform. I have also added the script to the INSPIRATION page but again it is not showing up no matter where I put it on the page. The jQuery is obviously interfering with the form script but I can't figure out how to fix this problem. Any help would be amazing!!

    Many thanks in advance,

    Robin

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, you are right. JotForm is based on Prototype Javascript Framework, and Feedback script conflicts with jQuery.

The possible solution is to use jQuery.noConflict(), it may help to solve the problem. For additional information please check the following thread:
