Salesforce integration is not updating existing contacts

    Hi -

    I am trying to use this feature and I cannot get it to work.  Can you explain more how this should work?  I have email address in my form and I have it mapped to the email address field on my contact record in Salesforce.  Unfortunately I cannot get any data to update the existing data I have in Salesforce.  I have tried very simple forms with just name, email and phone number and even those do not update.  Is there something I am missing?

    Our apologies. It seems like this feature is not working. I tried this a few times and it's not updating existing leads even though the integration is set to update existing entries. 

    I'll forward this thread to our developers for them to check further. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

    Hi Kristen,

    SalesForce looks for the mapped value for the "Email" field to determine whether a record is a duplicate or not. Your form doesn't have this field mapped, as shown by the screenshot below:

     

     

    Please match this field to the email field on your form so the duplicate check feature will work correctly.
