Is the free plan limited only to 100 submissions per month?

Question: Is a free account limited to lifetime 100 submissions?

For the Free plan, you will have 100 submissions per month. If you exceeded to the limits, you will be notify to upgrade. If you don't, your account will be suspended. However, you can wait until the submission counter resets back to 0. It resets every 1st day of the month.
