How to change my form's title which appears on a browser tab

If you are looking to change the name of your form that displays in the browser tab, please make sure to update your form's Page Title to your desired one.

It can be set by going to Preferences:

Under the Advanced tab, simply click Show More and then change the Page Title, as depicted in the following image:
