Adding payment autorization to existing form

Hello-I am following up on a earlier question. I asked for assistance on how to incorporate the payment authorization form into an current form. Instead of answering my question I got a nasty gram saying I was violating terms. I understand that that is necessary however it doesn't help me if you tell me what I did wrong without actually offering me guidance on how to fix the issue. I understand that there is a Authorize Payment form but I didn't see that before I had already spent hours creating a form....

So my question is "is it possible to add the payment authorization to an existing form so I don't have to recreate the entire form?"
