Buyer beware

    We purchased the full suite of software from Jotform and had it installed locally.  Over the course of more than a year we've never had the software work correctly.  Recently payment redirection began to fail, we asked them to fix it, which they went in and actually broke it further so that you couldn't even submit payments, then returned and said that our support agreement was expired and we needed to pay an additional $100.  We were willing to do this, but then were informed that they wouldn't be able to fix the problems they created for a 'long time' and to 'hire a PHP developer' to fix their faulty software that they installed.  

    I would not recomend relying on this service or their software for any serious business application.  We'll be sure to let everyone we know about this.
