I have a similar issue.  I have a scholarship application form with 20 scholarships.  Students choose a scholarship and fill out personal data.  I can allow them to check off multiple scholarships but their response shows up in one row and I cannot easily sort by scholarship.  If I limit them to only one scholarship choice per form, they are forced to retype all their personal information for every scholarship application.  Can this be avoided?

Please share the form you are working on, so we can seek a way to improve this process.

That has not been implemented yet. You might consider separating each option into different checkbox fields. Please share your form, so we can think about a workaround this.

Thanks for the response.  My current form is a Google Form (here).  I don't see multiple checkboxes as an option b/c there are just too many (about 30 options) and students need to write an essay specific to each scholarship.

I see that you are using Google Forms and not Jotform. Please note that Google Forms have different design and features from jotform, so we might not be able to assist you in that regard.
