What does it mean that I cannot preview my form .. It tells me it is in restore mode ???
How do I fix this ?

Your account has not been accessed in a long time so your account was flagged as Dormant. Because of the dormant status, your forms were temporarily in restore mode. I have now reactivated your account so you should be able to use your forms successfully. Regards.
